USCIS will speed F-1 change of status cases for students who otherwise could not continue work after September 30.  USCIS advised that it has the means to independently locate cap gap cases.

USCIS said it will prioritize adjudication of F-1 to H-1B change of status cases for F-1 cap-gap students who otherwise could not continue work after September 30.  The AILA liaison has worked with USCIS to help achieve this outcome.  USCIS advised that it has the means to independently locate cap gap cases.
