Judge Jean M. Johnson found that Chase and WAMU committed fraud on the court by submitting false affidavits and perjurious testimony to foreclose on a house they had no right to.

Judge Jean M. Johnson of the Fourth Circuit Court, Duval County, Florida found that Chase and WAMU committed fraud on the court by submitting false affidavits and perjurious testimony in an effort to foreclose on a house they had no right to.  The courts' decision notes, "The Court finds by clear and convincing evidence that WAMU, Chase and Shapiro & Fishman committed fraud on this Court."
