USCIS announced on September 23, 2010 that it will raise filing fees for petitions and applications for immigration benefits beginning on November 23, 2010. Filing fees will increase on average by 10%, but some fees will rise significantly more.
Filing fees will rise for the I-90 replacement green card from $290 to $365, the I-130 fee will increase from $355 to $420, the I-140 from $475 to $580, the I-485 from $930 to $985, the I-765 from $340 to $380, the I-131 from $305 to $360, and the N-600 from $460 to $600.
The I-907 premium processing fee will rise from $1,000 to $1,225. Below is a complete list of the filing fees affected.
