Sean practices immigration and employment law. His experience includes corporate immigration, federal litigation, federal court appeals, opening US subsidiaries, and transferring executives. Sean served as an adjunct professor of law at the University of San Diego School of Law from 2012 to 2015 and he is designated a certified specialist in immigration and nationality law by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. As of 2016, there are only 199 California State Bar certified specialists in immigration law.

Sean served on the Editorial Board of San Francisco Attorney Magazine in 2002, after the Board had asked him to edit an entire issue on immigration law for June/July 2001. He served as Chair of the Immigration Committee and Barrister’s Club Immigration Committee for the San Francisco Bar Association in 2001, on the Legislative Affairs Committee for NCHRA, and as a board member for the Northern California Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  Sean appeared on the Gene Burns show on KGO, on the David Glass Show and other media.

Sean earned his law degree from the University of San Diego and his B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
